Quest Protein Peanut Butter Cups, Servings: 3
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the bars from wrappers and warm them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Break the Brownie bar into 6 pieces with 3 of them being slightly larger then the other 3. Spray a muffin tin (or use a silicone tin so that it doesn't stick) and take the 3 smaller brownie pieces, roll them into balls and then smash them at the bottom of 3 of the tins. Take the Peanut Butter Supreme bar and break it into 3 even pieces. Then smash them into circles that you can place on top of the brownie pieces in the tin. Take the last 3 pieces of Brownie bar and smash them into circles that you can place last (on the top) of the 3 quest muffins you're making. Your 3 layers are complete (two brownies with the peanut butter in the middle)! Bake at 375 degrees for 3 minutes.
Optional- Top with a bit of natural peanut butter.
Macros: Each "muffin/cup" is only 127 calories and 1 gram of sugar.
