This is great for a dessert but could also be a breakfast with some berries mixed it on or on the side!
Calories per serving: 200-210 (Varies a bit based on how much almond milk you use).
- 1 Cookies and Cream Quest Bar
- Milk of course (I preferred unsweetened vanilla almond milk but you can use any milk of your choice)
- nonstick cooking spray
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Unwrap the Oreo (cookies and cream) bar and place it in the microwave for about 10 seconds so it's easier to work with. Cut into 12+ small pieces (you can even do smaller pieces it's like cereal) and roll them into small balls. Place the balls on parchment paper and spray them with cooking spray (you can use coconut spray if you'd like). Bake them for 3-4 minutes and then open the oven to move them around. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the little balls are golden-brown. Remove them from oven and let them cool and place them in the fridge to harden a bit more (if you want them crispier). Put them in a bowl when you're ready and top with milk of your choice to have an oreo crunch cereal.
