Boost Your Libido

Boost Your Libido

If you have little to no sex drive, you are so not alone! The great news is that there is plenty you can do to start increasing your sex drive naturally. Below are just a few things you can add in and take out that will significantly boost your libido.

Add In:

  • Maca: Girl, me love me some maca! The energy boost I get from this powder is off the chain yo! Maca is a powerful adapatogenic herb, increases energy, endurance, strength, and the libido grrrrr. It contains more than 10% protein, nearly 20 amino acids, including 7 essential amino acids. Research shows maca helps increase sexual desire, hormonal balance, and fertility in women.
  • Vitamin C: Vitamin C is essential for the production of the hormones involved in “turning you on” and has specifically been linked with a healthier female libido.

Take Out:

  • Conventional dairy: Conventional dairy such as milk, cheese, yogurts, and other dairy products from cow’s milk can have synthetic hormones that have a negative effect on your estrogen and testosterone levels, which in turn, reduces your libido.
  • Processed foods: Processed and junk foods are filled with chemicals that may negatively affect sexual performance and hinder the production of necessary hormones for a healthy libido.

Use the recommendations above to get started, and then, if you would like to dive deeper into this conversation, please check out my in-depth guide called, “The Happy Hormone Guide: Super Charge Your Energy, Focus, Sleep, Sex Drive & and Weight Loss.”
